We’re all feeling uncertain about COVID-19 and many are feeling anxious. We can’t control many things at the moment but there are things that can be done to manage your fears.
Attending appointments at Psychology Now
Psychology is considered an essential service. The practice is still open on Wednesdays and Thursdays (in the Glenrose Shopping Village) with afternoon and evening appointments available. I am ensuring the room is regularly cleaned and adhering to social distancing advice from NSW Health.
However, if you fit any of the following criteria, please contact me and do not attend your appointment:
Anyone who has arrived in Australia in the past two weeks; Anyone who thinks they may have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus; Anyone who is feeling unwell. Please visit the NSW Health website for more information about coronavirus.
Telehealth Psychology Sessions
I also offer Telehealth sessions for those who don’t want to visit in person. These sessions are conducted via Zoom, a video conferencing program, or via telephone if that is preferred.
No one should miss out on the help they need. If you need extra support at this difficult time, please phone me 0468 440 295 or (02) 8329 7830..
