Telehealth and Face-to-Face Psychology Sessions

We’re all feeling uncertain about COVID-19 and many are feeling anxious. We can’t control many things at the moment, but there are things that can be done to manage your fears.

COVID-19 Practice Rules for clients

(Updated December 2021)

With restrictions easing in NSW for people who aren’t vaccinated, I have policies and procedures in place regarding vaccination status of clients regarding face-to-face appointments. I require those seeking face-to-face appointments to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless medically exempt) and proof of vaccination to be shown in the initial session.

I realise that seeing a psychologist can be very important to you and I don’t want you to miss out on the help you need. I offer Telehealth to anyone, including those who are unvaccinated.

We want you to know that these policies and procedures are in place to keep our clients, their families, and staff in the practice rooms safe.

We also provide all people attending the practice with hand sanitiser in the waiting room and in the consult room. Masks are suggested to be worn in the waiting room and can also be worn in the consult room. There is a QR code for checking in on the outside of the practice rooms and inside in the waiting room.

If you have cold or flu symptoms or you or your family have been or think you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, please let me know as soon as possible.  We can either reschedule or have a Telehealth appointment.

No one should miss out on the help they need. If you need extra support at this difficult time, please phone me 0468 440 295.
